Reliance Power (NSE: RPOWER) share price: Last Friday, amid a sell-off on the markets, buyers dropped the share price of the company owned by Anil Ambani Reliance Power. 

On the week’s final trading day, the stock was trading at 22.10, an increase of 4.98 percent. On January 8, 2024, the share traded at 33.10. 

This was the 52-week high in the history of Reliance Power shares. The stock was trading at 9.05 in March 2023 which is an all-time low for 52 weeks.

Reliance Power said that the company had signed an agreement in conjunction with ICICI Bank Limited (ICICI Bank) on the 14th of March. 

As a result, Reliance Infra, the promoter of Reliance Power Limited, has been appointed as the corporate guarantor of the facility. 

ICICI Bank holds 211 equity shares in Reliance Infra and 886 shares in Reliance Power.

About the shareholding structure in December, the stake of promoters within Reliance Power was 24.49 percent.

He holds shares of 4,65,792 in Reliance Power. The promoter also holds Reliance Group company Reliance Infrastructure.

It owns 93,01,044,490 shares, which is 24.40 percent of Reliance Power. Anil Ambani’s partner Tina Ambani holds a total of 4,12,708 shares.
