JSW Renewable Energy, a component within JSW Energy, has signed an agreement with Reliance Power. This agreement is for Reliance Power to purchase a 45 MW wind power project in Vaspet, Maharashtra. 

JSW Renewable Energy is buying this power project for Rs 132 crore. Apart from this, news came recently that Anil Ambani-owned company Reliance Power has settled the dues of ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and DBS Bank. 

Additionally, the company hopes to become debt-free by the close of the financial year. Reliance Power shares have risen by more than 2300% within four years.
