Reliance Power Limited (NSE – BE: RPOWER): There is a strong rise in the shares of Reliance Power, a company owned by Anil Ambani. Shares of Reliance Power reached Rs 23.90 on Wednesday with an upper circuit of 5 percent. 

The shares of the company have risen by over 20% over the past five days. It is reported that Reliance Power settled the loan of ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and DBS Bank last week. 

The information was reported that A senior executive of a commercial bank has said, ‘Reliance Power wants to be debt-free by the end of this financial year.’

The only loan that is on the books of the company will be an operating capital credit issued by IDBI Bank.

Company’s Shares Rose 2000% In 4 Years

Reliance Power shares have seen tremendous growth in the last 4 years. The company’s shares have appreciated almost 2000% over the past four years.

Shares of Reliance Power were at Rs 1.13 on March 27, 2020. The shares of the company owned by Anil Ambani reached Rs 23.83 on March 20, 2024. 

In the last year, the shares of Reliance Power have risen by almost 130%. The 52-week high of the shares of the company is 33.10. In the same way, the 52-week low in Reliance Power shares is Rs 9.05.

Reliance Infra Is Ready To pay Rs 2100 Crore

The parent of Reliance Power’s company Reliance Infrastructure is also preparing to pay the outstanding dues of 2100 crores of JC Flowers Asset Reconstruction Company. Shares of Reliance Infrastructure also rose by 2% to Rs 248.10 on Wednesday. 

In the last 4 years, Reliance Infra shares have risen by about 2550%. The company’s shares were at Rs 9.20 on March 27, 2020. 

Shares of Reliance Infra have reached Rs 248.10 on March 20, 2024. The 52-week highest level in Reliance Infra shares is Rs 234.
