The pattern of shareholdings until December 2023, promoters owned a 72.07 percent stake in Lotus Chocolate. 

In addition the shareholders who are public hold 27.93 percent of the stake. Mukesh Ambani’s firm Reliance Consumer Products Limited has an ownership stake of 51 percent in the company. 

Reliance Consumer holds 65,49,065 shares in the company. Reliance Consumer Products is a 100 percent controlled subsidiary owned by Reliance Retail.

The State Of The Condition Of The Stock

A major drop was observed in the market for stocks on Monday. The 30-share BSE Sensex declined for the second session in a row and ended at 73,399.78 in decline of 845.12 points, or 1.14 percent. 

In the course of trading, at one point, it was down to 929.74 points. This decline led to the market capitalization for BSE-listed businesses falling by 5,18,953.97 crore, to 3,94,48,097.90 crore.
