Why Do Brokers Trust SBI’s Outlook?

Normalization of credit costs is expected to compensate for the pressure on the net interest margin.

Moreover, the growth in operational expenses is low. In general, the pressure on interest margins will be reduced.

Bank loan growth will remain strong. Private will be picking up the capex, which will boost corporate and MSME loans.

Even if retail loan growth is modest, the impact will be minimal.
