Share Price Less Than ₹200; Company Will Give Second Interim Dividend, Record Date Set

Bharat Electronics Ltd (NSE: BEL) BEL Interim Dividend: Navratna PSU Bharat BEL has declared its second interim dividend to shareholders for the fiscal year 2024. 

At its meeting on 15 March, the board of directors approved dividend payments. 

BEL has informed stock exchanges of its decision to pay a second half-dividend of Rs 0.70 per fully paid equity share with a face value of Re 1. 

This dividend will be paid for the fiscal year 2023-24. The record date has been set at 23 March 2024. 

Dividends will be paid out to BEL shareholders who have held their shares up until now.

The company declared that dividends would be paid within 30 days of the declaration. Bharat Electronics Limited shares closed at Rs 188.85 in the BSE market on 15 March. 

This stock has returned 104 percent in the past year. The company’s market capitalization is Rs 1.38 lakh crore.

Bharat Electronics Ltd also declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.70 for the financial period 2023-24. 

The stock was ex-dividend from February 9th. BEL shares have risen by 312 percent in the last three years.

Bharat Electronics Ltd is a company that manufactures aerospace and defense electronic products. 

BSE data shows that BEL had a revenue of Rs 4136.69 Crores and a net profit of Rs 893.30 Crores in the quarter ending December 2023. 

By the end of 2023, the government will own 51.14 percent. The government-owned 48.86 percent. 

BEL belongs to the 16 public sector enterprises (PSUs) that are under the Ministry of Defense of India.
